What is OVC

Optimistic Verifiable Computation is a way to enhance the security guarantees with staked or restaked assets, to allow computation to be executed optimistically. At the same time, make sure that the computation and results are retroactively provable using cryptography such as ZKP, so that malicious behaviors will for sure get penalized.
